The Founder of SK Legal, Law Firm is an Advocate with over twenty years of legal practice, bringing extensive experience in both criminal and civil litigation. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in a wide range of matters, with a strong focus on trial advocacy and effective legal strategy.
In criminal law, he has handled numerous cases involving criminal trials, bail and anticipatory bail applications, and other serious offences impacting personal liberty and legal rights. His civil practice includes conducting civil trials and handling complex disputes relating to the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), MOFA, land and property laws, society redevelopment, matters under the BMC Act, commercial suits, consumer disputes, and tenancy cases before the Small Causes Court. He has also conducted election petitions and represented clients in various writ petitions and constitutional matters.
He has regularly appeared before trial courts, tribunals, and consumer forums, and has represented clients before the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
